Solving a Real Business Challenge
The Capstone Project is where the program comes together. Over the course of the journey, participant teams apply the strategy, leadership, and execution concepts from the CXO curriculum to a real, complex challenge from their own organization or industry — working through problem framing, diagnosis, strategic choices, and an implementation roadmap, before presenting their recommendations to a live panel.
Apply strategic and leadership frameworks from across the program to a real business challenge, not a hypothetical case
Build a credible, evidence-informed path from problem to diagnosis to strategic choice to action
Work through structured milestones with faculty feedback at each stage of the project
Present a boardroom-ready pitch to a live panel, with Q&A on strategy, feasibility, and leadership judgment
Walk away with a proven framework to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges, and confidently pitch new projects or ventures within your organization.

- 10+ years of work experience and proven success in leading high performing teams / impactful projects
